Both job satisfaction and economic growth] Sugitec’s autumn/winter uniforms were renewed!

Hi, I’m Hashimoto from the IT Division.

We’re excited to announce that Sugitec’s construction and survey group staff working in the field will be sporting brand new fall/winter uniforms.

Our company’s uniforms have always been a bit different from what you’d expect in the construction industry. Once again, they have a casual look that goes against the grain of typical construction industry work clothes (by the way, the survey group’s women’s work clothes are always stylish).

In recent years, lots of big general contractors and other companies have started paying more attention to their uniforms. It’s not just about making the construction industry look better, but also about motivating the people working there with their uniforms and creating a more comfortable working environment.

New Fall/Winter Uniforms

We’ve added a parka-type outerwear and a vest to the original blouson-type! The pants are a stylish, casual workwear option with a tight-fitting cargo design. The outerwear collection is versatile enough to handle the upcoming seasonal changes, when adjusting your temperature can be tricky.

Sometimes I see people wearing work clothes that don’t look like work clothes in everyday life. I don’t know what kind of work they’re doing, but they sometimes catch my eye and say, “Those work clothes look cool.”

The uniforms are not only stylish, but they’re also safe and practical, so you can wear them with confidence even in challenging work environments.

Photo Shooting Session! Scenes from the

We recently had a photo shoot with Sugitech’s models to showcase their new uniforms. What do you think? Everyone was really enthusiastic about posing for the photos, which made it a breeze to take them. They look great in their new uniforms!

We’ve removed some of the photos for various reasons (sorry!). My apologies!

Connections to SDG initiatives

If you keep your staff’s uniforms up to date and make sure they’re comfortable and practical, you’ll make your workplace more attractive and keep your team motivated. (Since they’re worn every day, it’s better to have them change than to have them not be replaced every year.)

These efforts will also lead to better “occupational health,” which is all about making workplaces healthier and safer for employees. This helps us achieve Goal 8 of the SDGs, which is to “promote both job satisfaction and economic growth.”

On top of the regular uniform change, Sugitec will keep making improvements to keep things running smoothly and to keep our staff motivated.
