SDGs活動報告

Activities in January 2010] “Secondhand Clothes de Vaccine,” a reuse service for used clothing, is ready today!

As we mentioned in our recent update, we’ll be using the “Secondhand Clothes de Vaccine” service for our January SDG activity, “Contributing Vaccines to Developing Countries through the Reuse of Secondhand Clothes.”

This time, we asked everyone to bring in their work clothes and any old clothes they don’t wear at home.

The bag for the used clothing collection kit that was sent to us was pretty big, holding about 100 shirts and more than 40 jackets. It seemed to fit perfectly, as if the quantities were perfectly matched.

Just a heads-up: the collected used clothes will be shipped on Monday, January 31. We’ll also take a look at them on the “Secondhand Clothes de Vaccine” website, which will help the vaccine program even more.

It’s great to be able to do this kind of activity that helps someone else, even with items that are no longer in use.

Then it was time for the raffle to decide who will be in charge next month. (Sorry for the quick raffle.) So, who did I get? (Sorry for the quick draw.) So, who did it go to?

I’ll be sure to share the news here, along with my goals for next month.
